Terms of Service

Welcome to GAL-2™ (Global Alignment Layer | Fractal Time) (“GAL-2,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GAL-2 API service (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

GAL-2 provides a SaaS/API platform for drift-corrected time synchronization. Access requires an active subscription. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. We may suspend or terminate accounts for unauthorized use.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Monthly recurring billing via Stripe; fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle.
• We may adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice.

4. API Usage and Keys

You agree to use issued API keys only for your internal business. Abuse, resale, sublicensing, or reverse engineering is prohibited. Keys may be revoked for violations or non-payment.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, trademarks and trade secrets related to GAL-2™ remain the exclusive property of GAL-2 Technologies LLC. No ownership rights are granted.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to violate laws, transmit malicious content, or exceed your subscription limits. Unauthorized scraping, resale, or excessive use may result in suspension.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for purpose. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GAL-2 harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate your access for breach or non-payment. Upon termination, your access ceases and outstanding fees become due.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and Delaware (U.S.). Disputes will be resolved exclusively in courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico or Wilmington, Delaware.

11. Global Application

While these Terms are governed locally, the Service is offered globally. You must comply with laws in your jurisdiction. GAL-2 Technologies LLC enforces its intellectual property rights worldwide.
